best version of Netscape?

My advice would be to stick with your present version until the release
version of Netscape 2.0 comes out.  Although the WIN 3.1 version is still
buggy in its present beta forms, it introduces enough major new features to
make it worth implementing. If you wish to know what features and known bugs
each Netscaspe release contains, Netscape has an excellent web page for this
very purpose:
