We have been using Librarica's Cassie product for patron authentication and time and print management for about 7 years and we are extremely happy with the product and support.

We have used Library Online (libonline) for many years and it works great. However lately I have not been able to get technical support from them and I fear that that product is going away.
 
What reservation software are you using?
