PC Reservation software

We have tried two and are demoing a third. The two we have used are Time Limit Manager by Fortress Grand and PCCop by CMS. The one we are demoing right now is Signup by Pharos.

TLM didn't work well for us because you cannot lock the PC (to go to the printer, or wherever) and then unlock it when you get back. Also, we had some trouble with the tickets not being in the database, but that might have been user error.

PCCop does not seem to want to always work well on a VM client.

Pharos Signup is very customizable and we will see how that goes. It is the most expensive of the three, but we already use their print management system.

We have used Library Online (libonline) for many years and it works great. However lately I have not been able to get technical support from them and I fear that that product is going away.

What reservation software are you using?

Thanks.
