adding Skype, web cams and a facility to download music to public internet PCs

Hi,

We are in the process of compiling our development plan. We are considering the expansion of our public internet services to include Skype, web cams and a facility to download music.

In doing this, are there difficulties or challenges for which we should plan? Generally, is there a demand for these services?

I would appreciate any advice.
