Bill,
LibCal from Springshare works well for unmediated reservation of group study rooms here at Marquette.  It integrates well with Active Directory and uses responsive web design so the mobile version is heavily used.  Our students make several thousand reservations per semester.

Just wanted to thank all of you for reading my director's mind - I just got tasked with answering this very question. I've noted all the suggestions so far in the thread, and look forward to checking them out, but I just wanted to bump this conversation back up to the top and ask if anyone out there has other products not yet mentioned that they really like for room reservations?

In particular we're very interested in developing a system that is as un-mediated by staff / self serve as possible.

We use the calendar for our library hours (the system generates and RSS feed), student scheduling and room scheduling .

We are currently seeking an alternative to our Meeting Room software. We have multiple branches, receive online payments, and require flexibility with the system so that we may set up acknowledgement policies etc.

Do any of your library systems have a web-based solution other than Evanced?
