Duty Roster

Dear Library Techs

I am looking at automating our library staff duty roster to achieve the following.


1.     Online roster/calendar available for anyone to view

2.     Reminders for those on duty at specified times

3.     Allow staff members to swap slots

Is there an open source app out there that can help me achieve this?
