Event/Meeting Room Booking Software Systems

We just purchased Evanced and have not been able to launch the service because the name of the patron booking the room will not come over to the staff interface. It uses SIP2. Therefore we can’t see who made the reservation. We know many libraries use Evanced and typically we have heard good things about the service. This bug is still be fixed and will not be available until their next update.

We use Eventkeeper     http://www.eventkeeper.com/

They have a terrific suite of products and we use their events calendar and room booking software.  It is very very reasonably priced and their customer service/support is excellent. Good luck!

We use the Springshare product called LibCal.    It works really well.   Can’t say anything about taking payments though.  We don’t do that.

We use the open source product, Booked (formerly PHPSchedulIt). We did some local modifications to make multi-site function better for us. The only thing that it does not handle is the payment portion of your requirement.

We are currently seeking an alternative to our Meeting Room software. We have multiple branches, receive online payments, and require flexibility with the system so that we may set up acknowledgement policies etc.

Do any of your library systems have a web-based solution other than Evanced?
