Films On Demand streaming problems

Two weeks ago, Films On Demand changed to a new video player.  Since that
time, we’ve been having major problems being able to access their streaming
video, most often receiving nothing more than the video page with a spinner.



We have a ticket open with them to trace further, but they it’s not a
general issue.  Has anyone else been running into the same problem, or is
it really just mostly us?
