Database reports

Hi everyone,

We are looking into the statistics report that I send out to our Senior
Managers. I've attached what I currently send out (warning: it's messy),
but we're wondering if the high level reports are actually helpful and a
good use of my time.

I would greatly appreciate it if you answer these questions and, if
possible, send over a copy of the reports that you send out.


   1. Do you send out high level reports (cover sheet?) in addition to the
   statistics spreadsheet with all resources?
   2. Is it useful to compare total database sessions/searches from
   year-to-year when some resources don't send over their statistics on time
   and there is a high turnover rate?
   3. What other data do you find helpful when looking for a quick overview
   of your resources?
