seeking kiosks for public libraries

Hi,

Portable Appliance Testing (sometimes called Megger testing) has become very important here. Our Health and Safety Officer requires that public access computers be tested once a year, unless the public have no access whatsoever to the electric cable of the PC or of the monitor. In this case, testing only has to be done once every three years.

To meet his requirements we need a kiosk with a built in monitor which prevents any access by a member of the public to any of the electric cables.

Can anyone recommend such a kiosk?

I would appreciate any advice.
