Amazon Affiliate Program

In general, Amazon Affiliate links are driving traffic off your library
website to Amazon with no benefit to the library other than any payments of
money. If this is not about providing a better service to patrons, it's
probably not a good idea. Pulling cover images or reviews or something
useful to a patron has a benefit. They can see more info about the book
and decide whether or not to read it. Putting a link to get that book from
someone other than the library seems to go against the concept of getting
books from the library. Library or Amazon? Library points at Amazon and
shrugs. Not professional.
