Examples of Systems Departments' Mission and Vision Statements?

My first thought is 'Does your library have mission and vision statements?'  Because if yours doesn't echo/reinforce those you may have issues down the line. Likewise if your library's doesn't echo/reinforce that of the university.

I recently became the systems librarian for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
