Examples of Systems Departments' Mission and Vision Statements?

Hi,

I recently became the systems librarian for the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. The library recently created a web services department, and we've been tasked with crafting mission and vision statements. I'm looking for examples from other systems departments. Would anyone care to share theirs?
