text reference question

I'm sure if you brought this up with Pam at Libraryh3lp she would be glad to respond. It would be good to hear a technical comment to what the Mosio rep is saying.

All I can say is that we used libraryh3lp and twilio for over a year and had no issues. I've never heard of what the Mosio rep was talking about.
