Dreamhost is reliable, but their tools are quirky.
You might want to consider http://lishost.org/. They are established, specialize in libraries and their prices are quite reasonable. Hosting starts at $155/year.
We are also AWS consulting partners and do managed Drupal hosting and bespoke hosting.
