Online Employee Manual?

My workgroup has used a wiki for our policies & procedures manual for about
6 years. It works very well.

We began with PbWiki (now called PbWorks) and paid for extra security. Then
our university put up their own wiki, so we switched to that. It's not as
userfriendly as PbWiki, but it's free.

My workgroup serves branch campus libraries and consists of 9 people in 5
widely separated locations. Having this information online in a single
place has been very useful and we all rely on it now. When we added some
new employees recently, they found it a great tool for getting up to speed.
The wiki format makes it very easy for any of us to update the information
and keep it current.
