Open Bibliography Software/Server

Hi All

We are looking to help researchers with creating bibliographies.
We would like to provide a web service using open source software.
Ideally the service should be multi-tenant, able to host several
bibliographies.
Can you recommend anything?

Using Google, I found the following:
http://jabref.sourceforge.net
http://www.refbase.net
http://www.bioinformatics.org/librarian
I would like to hear if you implemented any of the above and what is good
and bad it.
