Job posting: Head of Technical Services

I want to spread the word about an important job now open at my place of employment, the Portsmouth Public Library in Portsmouth, NH. The job is head of technical services, and while we're looking for all sorts of applicants, I'm particularly interested in drawing people who not only know their stuff technically but also enjoy thinking outside of the box.

As we know, these are changing times in library land, and my staff wants to find someone who is not only keeping up with the times but also forming entirely new ideas. Those candidates who are creative and innovative thinkers not just about technical services but all areas of librarianship will earn bonus points in my book.
