To me, "Electronic Resources Librarian" implies that the person is managing
licensed content. This usually includes things like vendor relations,
licensing issues, the link resolver, federated search or discovery tool,
possibly libpages.
"Digital Collections Librarian" could cover the same ground in theory, but
in practice it often means managing content *owned* by library that is the
process of being digitized, such as special collections material. It would
also include managing the system for accessing such content.
The title "Systems Librarian" covers a multitude of sins, but usually
implies the person managing the ILS, at least at the application level and
possibly at the server level.
Of course, you *could* take the ALA route and create a long title with and
equally long acronym. :)
