Question: Virtual Libraries

Note that there is a difference between "Virtual Library" and "Virtual Branch". If something is called a "Virtual Library", then I do think of services, leisure materials and research tools being primary if not exclusively accessible online. If it is a "Virtual Branch" (such as we term our own public library website,) then it is the virtual offerings and services of what is otherwise a brick & mortar operation, also providing information on the site about the brick & mortar services.
