ChiliFresh Reference Desk Chat

Hi all,

Does anyone have experience with the free virtual reference tool from
ChiliFresh? We are currently using Digsby for virtual reference and are
considering alternatives; however, we're not sure we're prepared to pay for
a service (usage is low).
