The rumor seems to be false. I hear that it will tell you you don't even have a password, unless you typed your e-mail wrong, even if you didn't. But these WEB4LIB messages might just be a figment of our imagination, because it couldn't possibly send to an e-mail where there is no account anymore. And I hear we may not be so over WEB4LIB, just didn't want anything to do with the non-digest form of it, because it may clog up our e-mail.
