I agree - this has been a relatively clean process, as far as listserv moves go.  The issues that people are posting about are minor annoyances, at best.  If you are having a problem, just email Roy directly.  

It is a simple matter to just delete unwanted emails until the problems are ironed out.  I sort through a few hundred email every day at work, and more than 500 each night at home.  It doesn't take long to do that.

I have been managing listservs for over twenty years and have been through many moves from one server to another.  What has happened here is not out of control and is very typical for librarians.  Considering the thousands of people on this list, there are very few mistakes and problems.  The keyword here is patience and tolerance for minor problems or misunderstandings.  Roy is doing a great job as owner of the list.
