Subscriber count by country

Really?
Isn't putting "To unsubscribe: http://bit.ly/web4lib" at the bottom of
every post enough?
Not all mailing lists are set up the same way. Most of the ones I
subscribe to (Code4lib, lita-l) are reply-all by default, and although
there is an occasional flub, there aren't many. Other lists (PubLib)
are reply-to-poster by default. I would guess that most are set to do
whatever the server default.
