Library Web Apps and Mobile Apps

Let me be the umpteenth person to point to jQuery Mobile:
http://jquerymobile.com/. I haven't quite finished our mobile site yet but
I have a jQuery Mobile template up on Github (based on a previous template
by Jason Clark of Montana State) that others can feel free to download &
modify as they see fit:
https://github.com/phette23/Chesapeak-College-LRC-Mobile-Site

In terms of usage, you can examine your website's analytics to see if
you're getting significant mobile traffic or not. We only see somewhere
between 1.5% and 2% of all traffic on mobile devices, not too much, but
it's also easy to tell that we're losing traffic because we don't have a
mobile-optimized site. Metrics such bounce rate & pages/visit are about two
times as bad for mobile traffic than desktop.
