[Web4lib] Desktop sharing for remote user support

I have used join.me as a screen sharing site for capturing error messages on other peoples computers (Mac and PC).  But I don't remember any video conferencing capabilities in it.  If there is something there join.me I don't know about, I would love to hear about it.

Hi everyone,
We are looking into web-conferencing options to support our DE students and
were wondering if anyone on the list has used join.me to accomplish this?
 If you have, would you be able to share your experiences?  If you use
another product (Skype, WebEx, etc...), we would also love to hear about
your experiences.

In particular, we're interested in hearing about best-practices and/or any
significant hurdles to overcome in providing synchronous support and
instruction to DE students.

Please feel free to email me off-line.  And if anyone is interested, I'll be
happy to compile the results and share them.
