[Web4lib] Library services after 9/11

After the terror attack in Oslo last week, Norwegian libraries might
have something to learn from colleagues in NY and the US after 9/11,
with regard to aimed services to both relatives and the general
public. I found this ALA page (below) on the Wayback Machine, but
there were certainly local initiatives. Perhaps even in the general
encouraging, edifying line?
