[Web4lib] Network Administrator Job Ad

Chattahoochee Valley Libraries seeks a Network Administrator who can
support, maintain, and enhance the library's technology infrastructure
and support the technology needs of customers and staff alike. The
successful candidate for the position of Network Administrator will have
the experience and skills to support and maintain CVL's existing data
connections, including routers, switches, hubs, firewalls, wireless, and
other network equipment; recommend and implement improvements to CVL's
network systems; direct technology projects as they relate to the
library's vision, mission, and strategic plan; and contribute to and
support the overall effectiveness of the Information Technology
Department in particular and the Chattahoochee Valley Libraries in
general.

 

Qualifications: Three years of experience in network administration.  A
bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, including a
working knowledge of relevant hardware, software, and equipment.
(Please refer to job description for specific information.)  Excellent
interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.  Experience
in libraries a plus.

 

Salary:  $45, 625 - $53, 738
