We use this at DePaul and I can share our experience. Feel free to contact
me individually for specifics.
Are you asking about benchmarks? I'm really only familiar with bounce rate
benchmarks which it turns out are usually not applicable to a library
setting.
In general, I've noticed our bounce rate appears to be quite high, but
seemed to decline as the academic term got under way. I've heard anecdotally
that library sites often have high bounce rates. This makes sense to me as
google can't track users beyond the pages under your control. For example,
if you have the google snippet on your homepage, but not on your shared
catalog pages, you're likely to incur high bounce rates.
We also added Crazy Egg for click analytics which is a really great addition
to our stats arsenal. I highly recommend it.
Again, contact me privately, if you want to discuss...
