[Web4lib] putting photograph collection on the Web

We use DSpace (http://www.dspace.org/) for our institutional repository,
YorkSpace: http://pi.library.yorku.ca/dspace/. YorkSpace includes photograph
collections from our Archives, which can be viewed here:
http://pi.library.yorku.ca/dspace/handle/10315/1478.

It's a great open source, open access platform to share content on the web, and
it meets all your requirements.
