[Web4lib] putting photograph collection on the Web

I second Greenstone. I used GDL for a graduate experiment making a 
"socially-taggable" photo collection, and it was easy - and free. Your only 
cost will be the server space, and that's increasingly cheaper. I bet Koha 
does pretty well, too, but I've [so far] only used GDL.
