[Web4lib] Digital Libraries needing volunteers

Speaking as a public library director, I think Ross's suggestion is
excellent.

If the student wasn't in North Carolina, I would gladly volunteer our
library.  In fact, just yesterday I came across a large document that I need
to digitize and I'm stymied because we don't have the equipment (yet).
