Hi,
You might also consider Greenstone. You can see a very simple
photograph collection using Greenstone at http://ulukau.org/apo/cgi-bin/edgreevy
Greenstone is very easy to install and get running, and will run on
almost any computer, so it isn't too painful to try out.
