At a risk for the services if your provider changes conditions
of use. Not a good idea if you are to invest a lot of time
and effort into your services. A much better idea is to use
more old-fashioned methods (web site, blogs, mailing lists)
for which open-source software is available, and run them
on a a couple of rented servers, cost $200 or so a month.
