[Web4lib] Questions for LibGuiders

We're mostly using LibGuides because just about everybody likes it. Our IT folks don't have to worry about a server or about permissions (which they love). Our subject specialists actually have an editing interface they understand and like. They're creating pages and (maybe more importantly, maintaining pages) with a lot more enthusiasm than we ever saw before. The boxes are a little boring, the page layout options can be a little confining if you're ambitious, and the current home page options are really limiting, but it all works, they're making it better (usually with the right priorities) and they provide good support.
And no, I have no association with them except as a mostly satisfied customer.

Subject: [Web4lib] Questions for LibGuiders
For those of you who are using LibGuides, are you doing so because you
don't have an "easy to use" CMS for your website. If you do have an
"easy to use" CMS were there other reasons for going to LibGuides?
Thanks
Mark
