Hello all,

This may not be possible, but I want to display our Library News blog RSS feed on our website as a scrolling news ticker, but I can only use static HTML (blame the IT department, it's not my fault). All the websites I find that have tools for creating this type of thing use Javascript. Does anyone have some HTML code I could use?
