Branch Manager 
Chattahoochee Valley Libraries (Columbus, GA) seeks a passionate, customer-focused leader to become the next Branch Manager for the South Columbus Public Library. The successful candidate will be committed to making a difference in a demographically and economically diverse community. This person will supervise, train, motivate and evaluate 7 staff members, coordinate branch programming, engage in regular community outreach and be enthusiastic about working with youth of all ages. The SCPL Branch Manager reports to the Deputy Director and is part of the management team.

Chattahoochee Valley Libraries is a thriving four county library system headquartered in Columbus, GA approximately two hours outside Atlanta. The system serves a 200,000+ population circulating 1.3 million items last year.

Qualifications: MLS from an ALA-accredited program with three years of librarian experience, two in a supervisory capacity, preferred. Comparable experience will be considered.
