[Web4lib] The Scout Report?

I have been trying to contact someone at the Internet Scout Report Project (http://scout.wisc.edu/index.php) without any success. I leave phone messages and send e-mails but no one ever responds.  The project is still alive since there are new posts.  Anyone have any suggestions?
