[Web4lib] wifi support fo cell phones

Most phones -- maybe all phones -- that support wireless have no
problem with web-based authentication. I have tested this with iPhone,
G-1 and BlackBerry. There might be a phone out there that has wifi,
but doesn't support SSL, if your system uses that (and it should),
although I haven't encountered one.

I haven't seen a workaround to the authentication so they would have to authenticate the phone with a built in web browser just like a laptop if this was going to work.
