[Web4lib] CAPTCHA on Yahoo Mail?

I have had this happen a few times on Yahoo. I think it is an anti-spam feature gone haywire! It happened to me a year or so ago for a few days or weeks; I haven't seen it recently.It was very annoying, but when it stopped happening, I just assumed it was a "feature" they eventually quit enforcing.

I just had a patron who has a CAPTCHA image appear whenever she tries
to send or forward something from her Yahoo Mail account.

She said this happened once about a year ago, and started again about
8 or 9 days ago.

My assistant and I both have Yahoo accounts and we've never seen this.
 Anyone have any ideas?
