[Web4lib] CAPTCHA on Yahoo Mail?

I just had a patron who has a CAPTCHA image appear whenever she tries
to send or forward something from her Yahoo Mail account.

She said this happened once about a year ago, and started again about
8 or 9 days ago.

My assistant and I both have Yahoo accounts and we've never seen this.
 Anyone have any ideas?
