Here is what I used to learn how to work with Flash. They also have
Flash MX and I can't remember now which is the more current version.

Subject: [Web4lib] Flash
Does anyone know if someone who is not a programmer can work with Flash?
Are there books/websites that could help that aren't just advertising
for the program? I have a librarian who is very good with computers and
software, just not a programmer who would like to know if she can use
Flash.
Any assistance is most welcome.
Thanks.
Patty
