[Web4lib] Help with Interview question

Are you recruiting an IT Director, or a (Windows? Unix?) system  
administrator, or (given a later follow-up) an Exchange administrator?

These are three different jobs. There may be people out there who can  
fill all three (and still be good at all three), but they'll be  
extremely rare. I've also seen more than one place where the Exchange  
administrator alone was a 80% time requirement.

Just my $0.02.
