[Web4lib] Help with Interview question

Not really on topic for this list. Not sure where I would ask this,
but I'd look for some list that is more orientated to HR and tech
since I don't see much about libraries or the web in your question.
You might also want to say what email server you are already running.
There's a lot of different servers such as Sendmail, Qmap, Exchange
and more running on lots of different platforms. Some general
question: "What email servers have you run? On what platforms? For
how long? Which do you prefer? What was the worse incident that
occurred? How did you solve it and prepare so it wouldn't happen in
the future? How did you do backups? What was the longest downtime?
What would you have changed about the last time you administrated an
email server?" and things of that nature.
Of course, it also leads to the question of how you'll judge the
response. Are you going to tell if a person is making things up on
the spot or simply isn't that good at what they do?
