[Web4lib] "open" library/book web services

Be careful with Amazon.com if you're using Amazon Web Services. They
changed their TOS so that you can't use AWS services on sites unless their
primary purpose is to drive traffic to Amazon.com.
A year or so ago, Tim Spalding talked about the possibility of a open book
cover art depository, but it's been ages since anything's been said about it
(that I'm aware of). I asked a few months ago if it was still in the works
and got no response from anyone, so I'm assuming it's died. However, it
would be nice to see cover art, ToCs (useful ones, as many at LoC are not)
and other data stored somewhere that was freely accessible.
As has been pointed out, there's probably little reason for publishers to
want to restrict access to it, but when you rely on services like Amazon,
you have to abide by their rules.
