[Web4lib] Newbie question -- URL redirection

We've registered a domain that we anticipate using within the next
year or so and would like to automatically redirect anyone using this
URL to our actual website, which at the moment is nothing more than a
wiki hosted by PBWiki.com.

I assume that something like this is not too complicated, but there
are probably a variety of ways of accomplishing this.

We have a sister organization with its own hosted website that is
willing to help out.
