[Web4lib] Access to email at Public Libraries

I would like to contact staff at public libraries regarding 
customer's access to email.

I am particularity interested in situations where Internet access is 
filtered.  Do you filter any or all email access?  If you filter some 
email access, what is your policy and how are you implementing the policy?
