Ellen,

One of our book vendors uses this for their CRM and she HATES it. If I remember correctly, she wanted to list all her young adult librarians as a group so that she could send a mass email to them and she couldn't do it. I wrote her to see if she was willing to answer you. But based on her comments about it as CRM and my (limited) experience with it as a help desk application for our library ILS vendor I'd say run far away....
