The Taproot Foundation does service grants for developing donations
databases using Salesforce.com as a platform. Even if you're not looking
for a grant, they might be able to connect you with a domain expert to
answer some of your questions.

Also, anyone who wants to donate your Web knowledge to a non-profit in
one of the metropolitan areas they cover may want to check out their
site as well.

Subject: [Web4lib] Salesforce.com
Does anyone have experience using Salesforce.com as the CRM for a non-
profit organization? Our Institute project manager would like to talk
with someone about what kind of limitations (if any) exist for list
creation and segmentation. Feel free to pass this on to someone not
on this list if you think they might have something to contribute to
the discussion.
Thanks,
Ellen Ensel
