[Web4lib] phpBB Alternative

I'm a big fan of Simple Machines Forum: http://www.simplemachines.org/

I like the look of the site you can create with it, and I think its admin
panels are well-labeled and pretty easy to use, although they can get quite
technical with user permissions if you start really digging.
